Ethical use of skills
The offensive security skills taught by VaultX are for authorized, lawful purposes only. You agree to use them solely against systems you own or have explicit written permission to test. Any unauthorized access or attack is strictly prohibited.
Integrity in assessments
You agree to complete all quizzes, labs, and exams as an individual, without sharing answers, flags, or solutions, and without using another person to sit an exam on your behalf. Work must be your own.
Respect for the platform and others
You agree not to attack, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the VaultX platform itself or to other users. Treat staff, reviewers, and fellow learners with respect and professionalism.
Confidentiality
Exam challenges, flags, and assessment materials are confidential. You agree not to publish, distribute, or discuss them in a way that compromises the integrity of the certification.
Consequences
Breaching this code may result in cancellation of results, revocation of certificates, suspension or removal of platform access, and where laws are broken, referral to the relevant authorities.
Student policies
LMS and Academy students are additionally expected to: attend and participate in scheduled sessions and coursework in good faith; keep contact details up to date so admissions and instructor communications reach you; submit assignments and attempts as your own original work; and raise any concern about a course, instructor, or grade through the support channel below rather than disrupting a live session. Repeated non-participation may affect batch placement or LMS access at the admin's discretion.
If you disagree with a grade, decision, or certificate outcome, you may request a review by contacting us with your account details and the specific item in question.
