1. Introduction

VaultX refers to VaultX Cyber Tech and its affiliates.

Services refers to professional cybersecurity or related services described by VaultX.

Client refers to any individual or entity that engages VaultX to provide Services.


3. Scope of Services

Any Services provided by VaultX are governed by a separate statement of work, proposal, or master services agreement executed between VaultX and the Client. If there is a conflict, the signed agreement prevails.


4. Client Obligations

Provide accurate and complete information necessary for VaultX to perform Services. Obtain all necessary internal and third-party permissions for testing and monitoring activities. Maintain appropriate backups and contingency plans before active testing engagements.


5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect Confidential Information disclosed in connection with Services and to use it solely for agreed purposes. Confidential Information does not include information that is publicly known, independently developed, or lawfully received from a third party.


6. Data Protection

VaultX will process personal data only as necessary to deliver Services and in accordance with applicable data protection laws and any written data processing terms agreed with the Client.


7. Warranties and Disclaimers

VaultX will perform Services with reasonable skill and care consistent with industry practices. Security testing and advisory can identify vulnerabilities and gaps but cannot guarantee that all vulnerabilities are found or that future attacks will be prevented.


8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VaultX will not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages. Any aggregate liability will be governed by the applicable signed agreement.


9. Incident Handling and Testing Impact

VaultX uses commercially reasonable efforts to avoid disruption during security testing, but temporary performance impact may occur. The Client is responsible for monitoring and responding to production incidents unless otherwise agreed in writing.


10. Changes to These Terms

VaultX may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after updates constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
